Inspired by a lifelong passion for Design & Creativity, Derea Frazier founded Reasphere Designs and Realty in 2019. She was able to combine 10 plus years of experience in Accounting and Finance with her natural eye for Design. Derea is also a licensed realtor and studied Interior Design at the New York Institute of Art and Design. Her attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics creates a signature design process and experience that is both exclusive and effortless. Derea believes we should experience life in beautiful spaces. Her design style is modern, livable luxury with a mindfulness in lucidity and functionality. She creates custom designs that focus on the clients specific lifestyle, wants and needs.
There is a special approach when working with private residential clients that ensures you and your family's daily life activities and personal style are prioritized in the design. For commercial projects, Derea works with Business Owners and Investors to create a design that aligns with business goals and profitability.

The Process
The Questionnaire
The questionnaire is where it all begins. You will fill this out so we can have the proper understanding of your design needs and how we will meet them. We take pride in providing a custom experience, and the questionnaire helps ensure we have the information needed to build the foundation for a quality experience.
The Consultation
The consultation is an in-person or virtual meeting that is up to 90 minutes in duration. During this time, we will explore your home or business and discuss your design goals and lifestyle in detail. This is when we will explore your project design potential and set expectations.
The Contract
The contract is an agreement and acknowledgement of service to begin execution of your project design. During this stage we will be developing your custom design concept. This concept will include visuals and a proposal that will be presented and require your approval before executing design.
The Execution
Once the proposal and final design are approved, the execution is where the design conceptuals are realized. Installations and finishings are scheduled and materials, furnishings and accessories are ordered during this phase. For e-Design clients, all deliverables are shipped and tracked to ensure your receipt. Full-service clients can expect a beautiful turnkey experience at the completion of the final execution phase.
